Recruitment Position 1: Sales Manager

First, recruitment requirements

1. Responsible for the development of project sources that are consistent with the company's investment propensity, including project mining, negotiation, transaction structure design, financial analysis, due diligence, valuation and return analysis;

2. Proficiency in the preparation of fund preparation, fundraising, fund investment management work plan and related assets packaging, with strong business negotiation capabilities;

3. Familiar with the project process and effectively control the whole process of the implemented project;

4. Effectively respond to the development, management and implementation of financing projects, and timely make rectification plans and countermeasures for the problems found;

5. According to the actual project, we can compile the value analysis, assessment and measurement of investment and financing projects, formulate investment and financing plans to determine the costs, benefits and risks of investment projects, and complete the company's investment, investment management and capital withdrawal.

Second, the application requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in financial investment or economic related major;

2. More than three years of experience in the operation of private equity investment funds and industrial fund projects, with good communication and coordination skills;

3. Familiar with financial policies, regulations and related industrial policies;

4. Directly involved in investment-related business, with direct participation in the preparation and launch of successful cases such as private equity funds, trust plans, government or corporate bonds;

5. Have good judgment and analysis ability and independent thinking ability, and have team spirit;

6. Have a strong sense of professionalism, aged over 25 years old.
